AFTRA Tri-State Agents

The vast majority of a talent’s work opportunities will come through an Agent. To assure that members are treated fairly by an Agent, AFTRA established a special 12-C Regulation, to which Franchised Agents become signatory as a condition of maintaining their Franchised Agents status. This Regulation governs the relationship between talent and Agent, listing respective responsibilities and obligations. Appropriate commission fees are also regulated under 12-C.

Here in Tri-State we are blessed with a core of Franchised Agents who really work for the talent who employ them. Selecting an Agent often is a matter of establishing a personal comfort level, but whatever your criteria of selection, you can be assured that all Franchised Agents by their adherence to AFTRA ‘s 12-C Regulation will be fair and hard working.
