The rates listed below are for AFTRA Tri-State members in GOOD STANDING who are attempting to place their materials on the Website.  These rates apply ONLY towards that.  You must submit the form that has been mailed to you by the office and be added on to the site prior to contacting any of these companies for a discounted rate.  They will be calling the office to make sure you have signed up for the website.

Signal US Communications - 513.665.9550

Signal will convert all video and audio for $25 per clip - provided the video comes to them in a digital compressed format.  (i.e. Mpeg, Quicktime, AVI, etc.)

If talent does not have video or audio clips in a digital format (i.e. VHS, BetaSP, DV all :60 or less) they will make the Quicktimes for a cost of $75 each.

$37.50 to convert a demo fro 0 to 12 minutes.

$75.00 to convert a demo from 12:01 to 30 minutes.

$8.00 for a CD (if you want on a CD) or you can bring your own CD and they will just send it to an email address for no charge.  If you bring your own CD, use the 74 minute CDs, not the 80 minutes CDs.  The "grooves" in the 80 minute are very small and often hard to "embed" the audio in those.  The 74 minute ones are "wider" internally.

Sound Images has also reduced their normal Edit Session hourly rate to $75.00 per hour.  They are also willing to bill in 1/2 hour increments.  For example, if you go to an edit session there to fix your industrial voice over reel, and have all of your edits and cuts already lined up with incues and outcues, you could get out of there with your audio demo edited down to one minute on MP3 on CD for $37.50.
